ELIGIBILITY
Students whose parents are both foreigners and who have graduated from a formal high school in Korea or abroad or has an equivalent degree.
EVALUATION PROCESS
Applicants will be evaluated based on their transcripts, personal statement, international high school standards assessment materials (AP, SAT etc.), awards, certifications, foreign language test scores, profile of attended schools, and recommendation letters.
DEADLINES
The deadlines for spring (March) admission is September for the 1st round and November for the 2nd round. The deadline for fall (September) admission is April for the 1st round and June for the 2nd round. The specific dates are available on the Admissions Bulletin Board.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must submit the following documents.
1. Admission form (filled out on the application website)
2. Documents to verify level of education
* Documents in either Korean or English must be attached with accredited translation in either Korean or English (Apostille)
3. Yonsei forms (download from the Admissions Bulletin Board)
4. Proof of nationality
5. Other supplementary documents, such as academic assessments for international high schools, awards, certifications, official foreign language test scores, and profile of attended schools. (Documents confirming activities recorded on the official transcript are not required for submission. Honors, awards and qualifications that are not recorded on the transcript should be on the List of Supplementary Documents form. If available, submit copies with a seal stamped by your high school.)

To apply, go to http://uwayapply.com for online application. Unfortunately, the website is in Korean so you need to refer to the Online Application Manual, which is available on the Admissions Bulletin Board. The manual will offer a step-by-step guide to navigate through the website. After online application, please send the required application documents to the following address.

APPLICATION FEE
The application fee is 100,000 KRW per person.
TUITION
The yearly tuition fee, including the admission fee, is approximately 13,337,800 KRW (approximately 12,000 USD).
HOUSING
All freshman students are required to live the first year in the school dormitory. The school has three dormitories (MAEJI, SEIYON and CHEONGYEON), which are all equipped with computer labs, seminar rooms and student lounges. MAEJI, for which the fee is around 500,000 KRW per semester, accommodates 3 or 4 persons per room with a shared bathroom. SEIYON, for which the fee is around 800,000 KRW per semester, accommodates 2 or 3 persons per room with a private bathroom. CHEONGYEON, for which the fee is around 1,100,000 KRW per semester, accommodates 3 persons per room with a private bathroom. Each room is equipped with an interphone and LAN connections for free internet use. The off-campus housing district is within walking distance from the school.
