- Freshmen start their first semester with liberal arts, language, and methodology education, and study introductory courses in social sciences from their second semester. The courses for them include English Writing Tutorial, History, Philosophy, Literature, East Asian languages, and introductory social sciences courses.

- In their sophomore year, students begin to take entry courses in East Asian politics, culture, economy, and business.
