REIMBURSEMENT

REIMBURSEMENT OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEST FEES

Students taking foreign language tests can be reimbursed for the test fees. Reimbursement is only possible for at least the test levels required for graduation or one level below. Applicants are reimbursed the full amount of the test fee if they have passed the test and only half the amount if they have not. Only three test fees can be reimbursed in total, whether the student passed the test. To be reimbursed, the following documents have to be submitted to the EIC Office: the application form, the test fee receipt, a copy of the test result certificate, and a copy of personal identification (student ID card or resident registration card).

REIMBURSEMENT OF AIRFARE FOR STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAMS

Students returning from an exchange program can be reimbursed up to \700,000 for airfare. If the airfare exceeds \700,000, the student will be reimbursed only \700,000, and if the airfare is less than \700,000, the student will be reimbursed the exact airfare they paid. To be reimbursed, students need to submit the following documents to the EIC Office after returning from the exchange program: the application form, a copy of the airfare receipt, the boarding passes, a copy of the transcript, a copy of the passport (including the immigration stamps), a copy of the approval for major courses from the exchange program and a copy of a bankbook.

Students returning from internship abroad can be reimbursed up to \700,000 for airfare. If the airfare exceeds \700,000, the student will be reimbursed only \700,000, and if the airfare is less than \700,000, the student will be reimbursed the exact airfare they paid. To be reimbursed, students need to submit the following documents to the EIC Office after returning from the internship: the application form, a copy of the airfare receipt, the boarding passes, a copy of the certificate of completion for the internship, a copy of the passport (including the immigration stamps), and a copy of a bankbook.
